What this covers

Wearloop POS — the mobile apps, this website, and the material we publish alongside them — is the property of Bushveld Smart Technologies and is protected by copyright. That includes:

the application source code and compiled builds;
the Wearloop name, logo, wordmark and colour scheme;
the screens, layouts and written text inside the app, including the in-app help;
this website, its text, images and stylesheets;
product documentation, guides and marketing material.

What is yours

Your business data is not ours. Products, prices, sales, customers, stock counts, receipts and reports created by you or your staff belong to you. We store and process them so the app works, on the terms set out in our privacy policy, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time — see deleting your account.

Your logo and business details, which you upload so they appear on your receipts, remain yours. We use them for that purpose and no other.

Your licence to use Wearloop

Wearloop is licensed, not sold. While your subscription is active you may install and use the app on the devices your business operates, for your own retail business.

You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, rent or redistribute the app, or remove any copyright or trademark notice from it.

Trademarks

Wearloop and the Wearloop logo are trademarks of Bushveld Smart Technologies. Please do not use them for your own products, or in a way that suggests we endorse or supply something we do not, without written permission.

Retailers using Wearloop may say so, and may show the Wearloop logo unmodified when referring to the app they use.

Other people's marks

Names used in the app and on this site to describe what Wearloop connects to belong to their owners, and are used only to identify those services:

EcoCash is a trademark of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe. Wearloop connects to EcoCash to collect payments; it is not an EcoCash product and is not endorsed by Econet.
Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
Apple, the Apple logo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Brand and product names that appear in screenshots are the property of their respective owners and are shown as sample shop data.

Open-source components

Wearloop is built with open-source software, including Flutter and a number of community packages, each under its own licence. Those licences are listed inside the app under Settings → About → Open-source licences. Nothing on this page limits the rights those licences grant you in the components themselves.

Reporting misuse, or asking permission

To request permission to use our name or logo, or to report content that infringes your copyright, email support@bushveldtech.com with enough detail to identify the material and, for an infringement claim, the work you say it copies. A human will reply.
